On one hand “1 state = 1 file” is good idea, but for me – i had to combine them all together myself in one master datafile.

Dear Pranav, agree, multiple files sometimes harder to maintain, but it all depends on purpose. Originally we had 4 files with all states, but files were too heavy… and after some feedbacks from others we decided to make separate file for each state.
